CORESENTI

About Us

A software company helping growing businesses see the full picture.

Core Senti is a software company building an intelligence platform that helps growing technology and fintech companies understand how their operations affect their customers' experience — in real time, in one place, instead of piecing it together across many disconnected tools.

As companies scale, their internal teams — engineering, support, customer success — end up working from different, disconnected data. This makes it slow and difficult to understand how a technical issue affects a customer, or how customer sentiment relates to what's happening under the hood. Core Senti solves this by bringing that information together into a single, clear view.

We serve mid-sized and growing technology and financial services companies, generally between 200 and 1,000 employees, who are past the startup stage and need better visibility across their operations as they scale.

Core Senti (Pvt) Ltd is headquartered in Kandy, Sri Lanka, founded in 2025, and is currently in active development ahead of a pilot launch. Twelve founding engineers are working on the platform today.
