A real-time data pipeline ingests operational signals as they happen — not on a delay — and a semantic correlation layer links events across systems using vector similarity search. An agentic reasoning layer then investigates anomalies autonomously, proposing root causes and actions for human review before anything executes automatically. The result is a platform built for continuous, high-volume operational data at scale, not retrofitted analytics on top of it.

Core Senti is an intelligence layer that connects the different systems a company already uses — support tools, engineering monitoring tools, customer platforms — so leaders and teams can see, in one place, how technical performance is affecting the customer experience.
